Job Description Description ABCD's Human Resources team is hiring! Key Responsibilities Lead the agency’s efforts, alongside program and department leadership, to develop and implement strategic plans to identify and successfully recruit and onboard staff. Create and support high-impact and senior level recruitment campaigns, using a combination of in-person outreach, online tools, and social media. Assist in providing strategic leadership to the HR department to enable the agency to meet its mission and goals. Create and maintain strong partnerships with local community-based organizations, schools, and colleges to create cohesive and recurring participation in ABCD opportunities. Create and engage pipelines of applicants for recurring roles to ensure timely response to vacancies. Manage relationships with job boards, professional social media platforms, and staffing agencies to negotiate contracts and rates. Participate in job fairs, media appearances, and networking events to promote open and upcoming positions within the agency. Continually evaluate marketing approach and implement changes as needed. Maintain a system of reporting recruitment efforts and goals for senior leadership. Support the HR Generalist team by screening resumes, conducting initial screenings, and extending offers. Assist with volunteer and internship recruitment efforts, as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of experience in recruitment, interviewing, job placement, or related experience required. College or certificate coursework in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience in nonprofit or in-house recruitment preferred. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships both internally and externally to an organization. Bilingual skills, as needed. Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work in a team required. Ability to deal sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse economic and cultural backgrounds.
