Sauna360 Inc, a Watkins Wellness/Masco company, is looking for a contract Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) who will play a meaningful role in supporting the hiring needs of our manufacturing plant with a heavy focus on the production line. This position involves leading the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and implementing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. The TABP will work closely with plant leadership, the Director of human resources, and the Talent Acquisition team at Watkins Wellness to ensure we meet our staffing needs effectively and efficiently. This role will be hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
Assisting in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector.
Collaborate with plant leadership to understand current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:
Apply various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and industry networks, to attract people.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
Conduct proactive outreach and networking to identify and engage potential candidates.
Selection, Hiring, and Onboarding:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluations.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Use strong assessment skills to screen and interview candidates to match hiring criteria and Watkins Way qualities. Identify and voice concerns when appropriate.
Collaborate with hiring managers and the Director of Human Resources to make informed hiring decisions and extend job offers.
Lead all aspects of pre-hire and onboarding tasks, including coordinating documentation and scheduling orientation to ensure a smooth transition for the new hire.
Relationship Management:
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and plant leadership on talent acquisition matters.
Provide mentorship on standard processes for interviewing, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
Champion strong relationships with internal customers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure recruitment practices align with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve recruitment important metrics, processes, and outcomes.
Employer Branding and Culture:
Promote Sauna360 Inc. as an employer of choice by highlighting our values, culture, and employee benefits.
Assist with developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand within the manufacturing industry.
Participate in job fairs, industry events, and other activities to increase the company's transparency and attract talent.
Assist with other HR projects/assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related function such as Human Resources or Business Administration is strongly preferred. Equivalent work experience can be considered.
Minimum 2 years of related experience in recruiting with demonstrated ability to work through all stages of full-cycle recruitment. Previous experience working as a corporate recruiter is preferred.
Demonstrable experience in leading the full-cycle recruitment process and working with various recruiting tools and technologies.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word). Reasonable technical skill and capabilities to work within an Applicant Tracking System and HRIS system (Workday). Experience using sourcing tools such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence customers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to lead multiple priorities.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruitment process.
English-speaking is required; Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Hiring Range: $27.00-40.00/hr..
