About the Role
Tavistock U.S. is seeking a seasoned, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to support and report directly to the Senior Marketing Director in leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across the company’s real estate division of the portfolio. This role serves as a key right hand to senior leadership while also managing the day-to-day oversight and professional development of the Marketing Manager. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a vital role in translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans, managing performance metrics and budgets, and driving innovation across campaigns and channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Partner closely with the Senior Marketing Director to shape and execute marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives and portfolio needs.
Lead the implementation of integrated marketing plans designed to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and support leasing and sales.
Participate in annual and quarterly planning processes, contributing strategic insights and performance recommendations.
Serve as a thought leader and internal consultant, identifying new growth opportunities, technologies, and industry best practices.
Manage and mentor the Marketing Manager, providing direction, feedback, and career development support.
Budgeting & Resource Management
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Director to build and manage multi-channel marketing budgets.
Monitor spend and performance, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Oversee vendor and contractor engagement, including contract negotiation, scope definition, and relationship management.
Performance Analysis & KPI Ownership
Define and track marketing KPIs across brand awareness, digital performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
Analyze campaign performance and deliver executive-level reporting with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Utilize data from tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and ad managers to guide strategy.
Residential & Commercial Portfolio Marketing
Lead strategic execution of B2C and B2B marketing programs supporting residential community sales and commercial leasing objectives.
Ensure development of high-quality marketing materials including sales toolkits, presentations, signage, pitch decks, and brochures.
Align marketing efforts with the goals of business development, sales, and leasing teams to drive results.
Digital & Content Strategy Oversight
Guide collaboration with digital marketing teams on strategies including SEO / SEM, website optimization, CRM, and email marketing.
Oversee content marketing and social media strategies, ensuring they align with overall brand positioning and campaign goals.
Review and approve creative and messaging across platforms, with an emphasis on audience segmentation and performance impact.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a marketing team lead, managing workflows, priorities, and performance for the Marketing Manager.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment with internal teams including sales, development, operations, and finance.
Support the Senior Director in coordinating internal and external resources, agencies, and creative partners.

Requirements : Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
7+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in real estate, development, or a related industry.
Proven success supporting senior leadership while managing and mentoring junior team members.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, performance analysis, and budget management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Strong proficiency with marketing tools including Salesforce, Brandfolder, Sprout, MailChimp, CMS platforms, digital ad platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
Familiarity with real estate trends, luxury branding, and integrated campaign execution strongly preferred
