Director, HR Business Partner

to join our high-impact HR team and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across our global Service and Operations organization. This role goes beyond traditional HR responsibilities; it is a business leadership role. You will partner with executives to shape workforce strategies, lead transformation initiatives, and influence the future of a diverse, global organization that includes Clearing Operations, Service, Trading, Risk Management, and Shared Services. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership : Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, integrating HR strategies into business planning and decision-making. Coach leaders to enhance effectiveness and navigate sensitive employee matters in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). Data-Driven Insight : Identify workforce trends and challenges, utilizing internal and external data to influence business outcomes. Collaborate with COEs and global HRBPs to drive meaningful, enterprise-aligned change. Enterprise Collaboration : Work closely with global HRBPs and COEs to support critical initiatives, including corporate development activities. Leverage enterprise-wide programs and tools to improve results and mitigate risks. Change Leadership : Lead through complex organizational change, including M&A activity and strategic transformations. Assess business impacts and develop strategies to ensure smooth implementation and employee alignment. Team Leadership : Lead and develop HR team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7-10 years of progressive HRBP experience, ideally within financial services or similarly complex, global environments. Proven ability to align HR solutions with business strategy and regional needs. Strong business acumen and understanding of financial, operational, and performance metrics. Exceptional relationship-building, coaching, and influencing skills with senior leaders. Experience navigating global, matrixed organizations and driving cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Active engagement with HR trends and best practices. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience. Compensation is pay-for-performance, with potential variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and long-term incentives depending on the role.
