Base pay range
$45.00/hr - $55.00/hr Overview: Insight Global is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to support a strategic initiative focused on documentation, training, and enablement around Microsoft Copilot and Power BI. This role will play a key part in driving user adoption, creating clear and effective documentation, and delivering impactful training sessions across the organization. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation for Microsoft 365 tools, with a focus on Copilot and Power BI. Design and deliver training sessions (virtual or in-person) to technical and non-technical users. Collaborate with internal teams to understand workflows and tailor enablement materials accordingly. Support change management efforts related to Microsoft 365 adoption. Provide guidance on best practices for leveraging Copilot and Power BI in day-to-day operations. Required Skills: • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, including Power BI and Copilot. • Strong background in technical writing and user training. • Experience with agile environments and digital transformation initiatives. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power BI, M365 Fundamentals, Copilot-related credentials). • Familiarity with change management frameworks.
