The salary range for this position is $79,900 - 99,900 per year based on a San Francisco location. Offered salary depends on experience and location. Position Summary The Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing, will lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies for Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, and Fenty Hair. Responsibilities include coordinating influencer outreach, personalized gifting, event planning, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is outgoing, interpersonal, and experienced in influencer marketing within the beauty industry. Up to 30% travel is expected. Please include one public social media account in your application. Responsibilities Develop and execute influencer marketing plans in collaboration with the Marketing team. Build meaningful relationships with key influencers across social platforms. Manage gifting efforts for influencers, celebrities, tastemakers, and creators. Recommend social content marketing plans with influencers. Partner with teams to nurture relationships with TikTok Shop creators. Assist the influencer marketing team as needed. Oversee influencer mailers and shipping logistics. Requirements 3+ years of experience in social media, event planning, and influencer marketing principles. College degree or equivalent in Marketing, PR, or Events. Passion for beauty and cosmetics; industry experience is a plus. Experience with TikTok Shop is a plus. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
