Requirements :
* BC/BE EM with 2 years of experience or BC FM/IM with 5 years' emergency medicine experience at sites with 30k+ annual volume * Residency Trained Requirements: ABEM preferred; will accept FM/IM with proper experience * Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS * Active IN License or IMLC
