Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization Coordinate and implement tasks to develop Visual Merchandising guidelines, in-store storytelling, and training tools aligned with Brand positioning and strategy. Develop, innovate, and manage all Visual Merchandising and in-store marketing tools ensuring global consistency. Drive sell-through by executing retail space projects that are cost-efficient, consistent, and elevate brand presentation, following global and market best practices. The Assistant Manager Wholesale Marketing Visual Direction will execute and implement VM and ISC strategies across wholesale partners, ensuring store execution aligns with brand standards, supports storytelling, engages consumers, and boosts sales. The role involves working with field teams, retail partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution during key marketing moments like seasonal launches and store refreshes, providing an optimal brand experience in wholesale retail environments. Key Responsibilities Assist Visual Merchandising Managers in creating VM tools that align with brand objectives: Coordinate guideline development, training programs, and implementation tools for markets. Collaborate with account VM reps to update and refine visual guidelines for consistency. Create renders to promote brand partnerships within retail spaces. Assist in developing ISC tools that align with brand objectives: Provide strategic marketing tactics and brand guidelines for in-store communication. Work with account VM/ISC partners on creative content supporting global and seasonal priorities. Partner with vendors to produce and distribute in-store marketing materials. Support the development and installation of branded retail elements: Ensure premium brand presentation through vendor collaboration. Work with account VM/Marketing teams to maintain brand elements within stores. Assist in measuring and reporting retail space productivity, offering recommendations for improvement. Support ideation and creation of seasonal storytelling aligned with key marketing moments. Improve processes by monitoring industry best practices and developing tools, templates, and resources for seasonal priorities. Handle additional assignments or special projects as needed. Key Relationships Senior Manager, WHS Marketing VM & ISC - Ensure strategic alignment. Retail Concepts & Store Development - Support fixture, mannequin, and signage installation. Wholesale Account Teams - Ensure VM & ISC strategies meet partner needs. External Vendors & Installation Teams - Manage project execution. Marketplace Merchandising & Planning - Align with product placement and presentation goals. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Specialized skills in Visual Merchandising and retail environment knowledge. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of mannequin styling, storytelling, and consumer engagement techniques. Experience with In-Store Communication/Marketing. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications Business or Marketing Degree. 1-2 years' experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retailing.
