As a Marketing Associate on Stryker’s Orthopaedic Instruments team, you will be responsible for OI’s surgical care wound portfolio. In this role, you’ll support our salesforce in strategic trials, presentations, and large order management, develop sales tools, resources, and training plans for the reps, and lead innovations within your product portfolio working alongside your Upstream Marketing, R&D, and Clinical colleagues.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provide sales support by answering and resolving customer questions and issues on assigned products via telephone, email, and sometimes in person.
Develop and/or initiate the creation of marketing support materials (e.g., product brochures, apps, videos).
Assist in marketing our products through exhibits, trade shows, and educational labs.
Provide marketing or sales training to others as needed.
Collaborate with sales representatives and engineering teams to identify and implement improvements to existing products.
Develop and communicate strategies for product-related updates to sales teams.
Contribute input on new product development.
Support key product trials, presentations, or installations as directed.
Submit periodic reports on assigned topics.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
0+ years of work experience
Preferred:
Internship experience related to marketing, sales, and/or healthcare
Travel Percentage: 30%
