As a Client Service Consultant, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving client challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, training clients on ADP technology, and more. You will work with clients who have 1,000+ employees, carrying the responsibility for ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction. Your daily tasks will involve helping clients when they reach out, with questions varying each day. Our top-ranked training will prepare you for success! Key Responsibilities
Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve:
Address ADP/client application issues related to system setup, product functionality, and more. Analyze complex client requirements and seek timely solutions. Communicate and Exceed Expectations:
Use your interpersonal skills to resolve issues, set priorities, and ensure client satisfaction, maintaining high ethical standards. Educate and Recommend:
Leverage your product knowledge to provide solutions and build client understanding. Offer feedback to ADP leadership for improvements. Qualifications
Prior client service or systems integration experience. College degree is not required; relevant experience or military background is acceptable. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in HR, Payroll, Benefits, or Time management is a plus. Why Work Here?
