Marketing Assistant
As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the branch sales staff in providing excellent customer service with innovative products and technology. The ideal candidate should have attention to detail and be able to work effectively with a team to implement marketing ideas. Responsibilities
Support the Branch Manager and sales staff with marketing efforts. Ensure all marketing materials are approved by Corporate Marketing and Legal/Compliance before distribution. Serve as the contact between the National Marketing Department and the branch for the Automated Marketing Program (AMP). Utilize AMP systems like AMPLIFLY and LAUNCH to support marketing activities. Create and submit marketing materials for approval when additional content is needed. Maintain social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, including audience engagement, content sharing, and spam management. Coordinate and manage local branch events, including lunches, learn sessions, and tradeshows. Qualifications
Minimum one year of mortgage and/or marketing experience. Experience with social media management. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Knowledge of Top of Mind CRM preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Compensation ranges from USD $13.00 to $15.00 per hour.
