Job Description:
Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsibilities include delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-training in multiple store areas may be required to support business needs. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash responsibly Promote credit and loyalty programs Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards Provide and accept feedback constructively Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures Support shrink reduction initiatives Maintain a safe environment and participate in safety programs Perform other duties as assigned Who We’re Looking For:
Excellent customer service skills Flexible schedule to meet business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt to changes Physical ability to lift heavy objects, with or without accommodation Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Benefits include:
