Job Title: General Production WorkerPay/Shift22/hr1st shift - 6am-2:30pm - M-F. OT available. Job DescriptionJoin our team as a General Production Worker where you will be integral in the preparation and assembly of materials used in the construction industry. This role operates on the 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional work on Saturdays. We seek enthusiastic team players willing to adapt to various positions and tasks.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the team to prepare and assemble construction materials.Operate hand and power tools, and machinery to cut and prepare steel for assembly.Perform tack welding on mild steel.Handle and lift materials weighing up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.Operate cutting, bending, punch, and sheer press machines.Engage in general production tasks, including machine operation, concrete handling, and roofing.Ensure proper material handling and assembly processes are followed.Essential SkillsExperience in production and general labor.Ability to operate cutting and bending machines.Proficiency in tack welding and machine operation.Capability to lift 60 lbs repeatedly.Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, construction, landscaping, or farming industries is beneficial.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.25 - $28.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
