WHAT YOU WILL DO
Angel's Envy has joined the Retail Specialist Program. The full-time Retail Specialist will focus on building the brand in leading retail (off-premise) accounts through relationship cultivation, promotional sampling, and staff and consumer education. Key responsibilities include:
Provide Continuous Support:
Schedule and activate monthly KPIs within assigned off-premise accounts to support and boost sell-in and sell-through. Sampling Coordination:
Organize and execute educational sampling activities to promote recommendations and increase conversion rates. Account Relationship Management:
Maintain relationships with staff and decision-makers to encourage recommendations and sales. Brand Awareness:
Elevate brand awareness through proactive education and engagement. Market Insights:
Monitor competitive trends and social media, transforming insights into actionable opportunities. Reporting:
Provide real-time recaps and weekly reports on objectives, achievements, and plans. Collaboration:
Work with regional and local teams to identify market opportunities and align strategies. Sales Enhancement:
Drive sales through upselling, SKU distribution, and visibility improvements. Budget and Time Management:
Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of KPIs, tracking activities effectively. Scheduling:
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays is required. Full-time Specialists are expected to work 40 hours per week. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Meeting or exceeding monthly KPI goals Adhering to deadlines Effective communication with team members and partners Improved portfolio performance within key accounts Building branded displays and pitching programming Creativity in education and engagement strategies Independence, time management, and problem-solving skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS Standing for 3+ hours, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing, kneeling, stooping Lifting and moving cases weighing 50+ pounds STANDING OUT Self-starter with initiative Passion for spirits, especially bourbon Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets Excellent communicator and presenter Time management skills Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Event experience is a plus The program offers reimbursement for gas and tolls, monthly incentives, bonuses, and opportunities for career growth and industry learning.
