Human Resources Advisor
Provides advice and counsel to a designated business/group to execute the HR strategy and business strategy. Completes operational and strategic work to deliver results and minimize risk.
Offers strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor.
Makes recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and initiatives based on an understanding of the business/group.
Acts as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies.
Recommends measures to improve organizational effectiveness.
Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
Monitors performance indicators and addresses issues.
Develops business cases by identifying needs, analyzing options, and assessing ROI.
Recommends business priorities, advises on resources, and develops strategic roadmaps.
Manages resources and leads strategic initiatives to meet business and financial goals.
Assists in developing strategic plans and determining priorities and sequencing.
Acts as a subject matter expert for stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
Designs and produces reports and dashboards.
Analyzes data to provide insights and recommendations.
Leads communication strategies and change management programs.
Builds change management plans and leads activities from planning to sustainment.
Oversees program implementation, ensuring quality and adapting as needed.
Provides coaching to senior leaders to foster high performance.
Develops solutions and provides HR guidance to the business.
Builds relationships with stakeholders and networks for insights.
Supports strategic initiatives and operates enterprise-wide as a specialist resource.
Addresses complex situations with creative solutions and responds to trends.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications :
Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
HR designation (e.g., CHRP, ADR) preferred.
Expertise in HR disciplines, risk management, systems thinking, and agility.
Strong communication, analytical, influence, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity.
Salary :
$120,000.00 - $222,600.00 Pay Type :
