TikTok . Job Description Leads the development & execution of integrated value and evidence strategy for Obesity disease area and for ABBV-295. Acts as the Value and Evidence lead for Obesity, engaging with cross-functional teams and pipeline commercialization teams. Responsible for shaping brand/asset/enterprise strategies by leveraging expertise within and beyond their subject matter. Ensures project plans across all products within their TA portfolio align with overall product strategies, commercial interests, and scientific integrity. Collaborates with team members to generate innovative ideas and secure buy-in, effectively influencing the matrix environment. Responsibilities Lead development of value frameworks and narratives. Align evidence strategies through affiliate touchpoints. Translate evidence into action (plan—analyze—generate—communicate). Drive evidence partnerships, communication, and dissemination externally and internally. Collaborate with HTA and Regulatory teams to develop evidence packages for submission. Enhance enterprise evidentiary capabilities and evidence use. Oversee design and conduct of programs, communicating findings and strategic impact to internal and external audiences. Design and execute high-quality HEOR programs supporting therapeutic strategies, meeting regulatory, scientific, ethical, and commercial standards. Manage end-to-end HEOR project delivery from strategy to content implementation. Qualifications Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, MS in Economics, Econometrics, or (pharmaco)epidemiology). Minimum of ten years' experience with Master’s, or seven years with PhD/PharmD, including fellowship experience. Professional health field training is a plus. Executive presence with ability to engage senior leaders. Experience leading complex products and clinical development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Ability to operate in uncharted territory and navigate complex regulations. Creative problem-solving skills for project conflicts and resource constraints. Extensive knowledge of global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscapes, and development functions. Proven leadership in a global cross-functional team environment. High goal-orientation, self-starter with a strong desire for project success. Expertise in Obesity-related evidence and value strategies preferred. Additional Information Compensation ranges are based on geographic location and may vary. Benefits include paid time off, insurance, 401(k), and participation in incentive programs.
