What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage requirements and all activities for the modeled and predictive products within the Consumer Audiences portfolio - Drive strategic vision for the modeled and predictive products to meet business objectives - Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends - Oversee all internal financial, pricing, legal, and contracting frameworks regarding modeled and predictive products - Plan, assign, and guide direct reports while addressing employee relations issues

What is Required (Qualifications): - At least 10 years’ experience in DTC marketing, with direct experience in creating consumer audiences - Strong understanding of U.S. data privacy laws and regulations - Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) - Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of positivity and innovation - Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities
