Facility: This well-established family health practice provides comprehensive primary care services to the Lenox community. The facility features an integrated care model with supportive staff including medical assistants, LPNs, and an on-site behavioral health clinician, creating a collaborative and efficient healthcare environment.
Opportunity: Board Certified - Internal Medicine
Job Details: - 6-month coverage opportunity from September 2025 to March 31, 2026 for maternity leave coverage - Monday to Friday schedule, 8am-5pm with no weekend or on-call requirements - Manageable patient load of 10-14 patients per day - Provide adult outpatient medicine services - EKG interpretation required - Work with Meditech EMR system - Support team includes 1 dedicated Medical Assistant per physician plus LPN team led by RN Supervisor - Access to integrated behavioral health clinician for patient referrals - Massachusetts medical license required (will accept providers willing to obtain license if able to start by December 1, 2025) - Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required - BLS certification required - Estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days - Travel accommodations provided including flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
