Roles are designated as on-site, hybrid, or remote. Specific requirements will be discussed during hiring and are subject to change. The Opportunity Reside in or be willing to relocate to California's Central Coast area (within approx. 30-minute peak traffic of Cambria, Thousand Oaks, Santa Clarita), with local travel provided. Successful account executives are creative, resilient, and customer-focused, expanding product offerings and increasing market share through cross-selling and new client acquisition. The Work Itself Sell finance & insurance (F&I) products to meet goals, explaining programs and handling objections. Service current customers, maintain relationships, evaluate needs, and respond to requests, involving significant travel. Identify non-F&I opportunities, coordinate with Insurance Specialists, and assist in training dealership staff. Stay informed about competitors and market trends through ongoing training and industry involvement. The Skills You Bring 3+ years experience, preferably in automotive or B2B/outside sales. Ability to build relationships with dealership decision-makers. Strong business management, presentation, and relationship selling skills. Accountability, task prioritization, problem-solving, and conflict management skills. High School diploma or GED required. $90,000 - $115,000 USD This range is influenced by role scope, experience, education, and qualifications. Compensation is reviewed prior to offers. Incentive Compensation:
