will participate in strategic, operational, and financial decision-making, working closely with the CEO to manage hospital operations, site coordination, and organizational activities to meet goals and strategies. The COO will establish systems and organizational structures to support the organization's vision and strategic direction, execute operational strategies, achieve performance metrics, and identify cost savings opportunities. Responsibilities

Provide administrative direction, evaluation, and coordination for the operation of assigned departments. Collaborate with the CEO on policy recommendations and operational strategies. Manage the implementation of strategic, clinical, and operational initiatives. Mentor and develop leaders to foster achievement, collaboration, and innovation. Guide department leaders on performance measures, productivity, quality, and cost management. Enforce policies and procedures. Work with the CEO and teams to ensure effective communication and change management. Participate in board, medical staff, and community meetings as required. Drive process improvements focused on care delivery, outcomes, patient throughput, and safety. Promote technology use to streamline operations and communication. Ensure patient and family-centered care through quality improvement models. Allocate resources to support cost-effective and efficient services. Be part of the executive leadership team, building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring operational effectiveness. Oversee hospital facilities, including renovations and equipment purchases. Engage with governing bodies, senior leadership, and clinical staff in decision-making. Set clear expectations, develop leaders, and support organizational priorities. Build relationships with community organizations to improve health outcomes. Support staff development and career growth. Participate in hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and staff education. Conduct rounds on patients, families, staff, and physicians to promote communication and operational oversight. Communicate effectively to engage others and achieve results. Consider the long-term implications of business decisions. Qualifications

Master's degree required, preferably MHA or MBA. At least 5 years of hospital administration experience. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective communication. Ability to analyze situations, evaluate data, and implement improvements. Knowledge of strategic planning and goal implementation.
