The Opportunity : Present Fisher Investments wealth management solutions to high-net-worth prospects. You will report to the Director of Sales who will ensure you have the training and resources to succeed. You will also be supported by sales support, client services, marketing, research, and more. The Upper Midwest Region includes the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Iowa. The Day-to-Day : Convert prospects to clients by showcasing the Fisher difference. Engage with high-net-worth prospects to evaluate their personal financial situations and provide solutions. Educate prospective clients on Fisher Investment’s offerings. Participate in ongoing training in advanced phone sales techniques, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management. This position is based in your home office with the expectation to meet prospects face-to-face or virtually within your local territory. Your Qualifications : 5+ years of experience working in financial services. FINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred. Proven success in driving results over multiple years. Experience in high-volume phone activity and in-person meetings. Compensation : Commission/variable pay-based position with a salary range of $100,000 to a gradually decreasing base; compensation includes a percentage of estimated first-year management fees plus trailers for new business closed. This role offers uncapped performance-based compensation, with the potential to reach a 7-figure income. Average earnings typically reach the mid to high six figures within 2 years.
