Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates and Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

FULL-TIME position . The selected individual will work at Store #8600, located at: 816 Pico Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90405. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License Must be able, with or without accommodation, to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED At least one year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Experience selling paint and related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Responsibilities

Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining needs and presenting products and services Build trust relationships with customers Process sales transactions accurately Meet sales goals regularly Maintain work order files and formulas Pull products from shelves or warehouse Tint and mix products as needed Stock shelves and set up displays Clean store equipment Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries Maintain stock and presentation of areas Stay knowledgeable about products and options Follow inventory procedures Suggest sales improvements
