Base pay range $55.00/hr - $62.00/hr This position is hybrid in Mountain View, CA or San Francisco, CA Our client is a multibillion-dollar, global financial technology company that offers business and financial management solutions for SMBs, financial institutions, consumers and accounting professionals. We’re looking for a Marketing Brand Monitor pro to lead our engagement strategy and social listening program. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our Social Media presence: engaging with users, building community trust, and creating content that educates and inspires. You’ll also monitor conversations across social channels, turn data into actionable insights, and help shape our brand strategy. What You’ll Do: Manage and grow our social channels, community, from content creation to direct engagement. Partner with agencies and internal teams to execute a Reddit-first strategy. Monitor brand mentions using Brandwatch (or similar tools) across Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, and X. Deliver weekly reports with insights for marketing stakeholders and senior leadership. Balance hands-on work with stakeholder collaboration. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years
