Job Title: Medical Device Assemblers - TemeculaJob DescriptionThis position is responsible for the production of high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing team. The role involves detailed assembly and operation of various equipment and machinery as per documented procedures. Tasks may include electronic assembly, casting/coating functions, mechanical assembly, and packaging. Additionally, it involves cleaning tools and equipment according to documented procedures.ResponsibilitiesAssemble medical devices and related components in a controlled cleanroom environment.Utilize microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and operate various equipment.Perform routine assignments according to specified and standardized procedures, with work closely and continually reviewed.Conduct visual inspections and precision measurements on components and assemblies.Perform tests on units using computerized test equipment.Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools.Package devices ensuring all parts are accurate and documentation is complete.Maintain accurate records to ensure travelers, shop floor paperwork, and quality documents are accurate.Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices and equipment.Additional Information: Operator I: 6 months of manufacturing experience neededOperator II: 3-4 years of manufacturing experienceOperator III: 5+ years of manufacturing experience1st Shift:Operator I : Pay is $19.25/hr.Operator II: Pay is $20.00/hr.Operator III: Pay is $20.75/hr.2nd Shift:Operator I : Pay is $21.18/hr.Operator II: Pay is $22.00/hr.Operator III: Pay is $22.83/hr.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly and operation of machinery.Basic proficiency in English.Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Experience in medical device assembly and cleanroom environment.Why Work Here?Gain the opportunity to work within a respected healthcare company, where you can contribute to impactful projects and work in a professional, businesslike environment.
