Program Overview:River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking experienced Mental Health Therapists to provide behavioral health services within local schools through the Georgia APEX Program. In this role, you will serve children aged 5 and up in elementary, middle, and high schools across Putnam and Baldwin counties. This is an exciting opportunity to build extensive clinical experience with a wide range of behavioral health conditions in a supportive, professional environment at a nationally recognized and growing program. Key Responsibilities:Provide individual and family therapy for youth with mental health and/or substance use disorders in school settings, clinics, or via telehealth.Conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and obtain necessary service authorizations.Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.Qualifications:Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Rehabilitation Counseling.Eligibility for associate licensure (LAPC/LPC, LMSW/LCSW, or LAMFT/LMFT) is required; licensure pursuit must begin upon hire.Associate or full clinical licensure preferred (LCSW/LMSW, LPC/APC, LMFT/LAMFT).Additional Benefits:Flexible spending accountsShort and long-term disability coverage11 Paid holidaysVoluntary Life InsuranceIf you are looking for an opportunity to make life better and a strong desire for personal growth we encourage you to apply.
