Job DescriptionERP & Applications Support Manager (Epicor Prophet 21)Are you a hands-on ERP leader ready to take ownership of a high-impact support team? We're working with a fast-growing, acquisition-driven organization that is urgently seeking a Manager of ERP & Application Support to lead and scale support operations for their enterprise Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) environment.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and is passionate about building teams, optimizing systems, and driving cross-functional alignment across IT and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Level 1 and Level 2 ERP support analysts. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ERP support queue, triaging, prioritizing, and escalating issues as needed. Act as the point of escalation for complex or high-impact Prophet 21 issues. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify pain points and develop solutions. Work closely with infrastructure and ERP development teams on enhancements and minor change requests. Maintain documentation of processes, support workflows, and configurations. Track key performance metrics (ticket resolution time, support volume, user satisfaction). Drive the rollout of system updates, patches, and release cycles in coordination with IT and the business.Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21 in a production environment. 3+ years managing or leading ERP support teams. Strong functional understanding of key P21 modules (Order Entry, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance). Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and support best practices. Solid working knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, and troubleshooting ERP integrations. Experience with EDI and third-party application interfaces. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interface confidently with executives and end users. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.Nice-to-Have ITIL certification or experience with a formal service delivery framework. Experience in high-growth, acquisition-heavy business environments. Background in coordinating ERP system upgrades and post-go-live support.Why This Role?
