If you are an experienced Director of Nursing (DON), we have the opportunity for you.As the Director of Nursing RN at Highland Park Health Care in Okmulgee, OK, you will hire and train facility nursing personnel, direct the provision of nursing services to facility residents, and oversee the development and implementation of resident care plans. In everything you do, your primary goal will be to assure that facility residents receive the best possible quality care.We have a great nursing administration support team to include ADON's, dedicated wound care nurse, dedicated infection control preventionist, MDS nurses, and a staffing coordinator, and weekend supervisor. There is also great regional support with regional infection control, dietician, as well as corporate clinical support and leadership.You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team that is recognized for their achievements and contributions.
