Job Description Description: ECOS is looking for a strategic and results-driven Manager, Retail Media & Activation to own the development and execution of omnichannel marketing programs across key retailers—including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Kroger and Albertsons and Amazon.

This role is digital-first with a strong emphasis on retail media network strategy and performance, while also managing in-store activation programs. You will act as the primary marketing lead across broker marketing teams, retailer media agencies, and internal stakeholders, setting annual plans and optimizing them throughout the year to drive trial, awareness, and findability. Close partnership with Sales is essential—you will collaborate with account leads to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with customer goals and deliver meaningful business impact at each retailer.

Key Responsibilities: · Develop and lead the annual retail media and in-store activation strategy across top retail accounts, in close collaboration with Sales. · Partner with retailer media agencies (e.g., Walmart Connect, Sam’s MAP, Roundel, Amazon Ads, Kroger 84.51°ree;, Albertsons Media Collective), brokers, and their marketing teams to execute high-impact, tailored campaigns. · Collaborate with Sales to ensure marketing supports account priorities, product launches, expanded item distribution, and seasonal pushes through coordinated omnichannel campaigns. · Ensure A+ content and product detail pages (PDPs) are always up to date and optimized, particularly for Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Amazon. · Maintain and manage all brand assets in IX One and other retailer content platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely updates. · Brief and align internal creative and comms teams to develop compelling assets that support campaign goals. · Plan and activate all digital media across key RMNs, ensuring strong integration with in-store programs. · Set KPIs and partner with the Strategic Insights team to analyze campaign results, draw actionable insights, and optimize performance. · Serve as the internal channel expert for omnichannel retail marketing and media, providing strategic guidance and campaign recaps to Marketing and Sales teams. · Stay up to date on retail media trends, platform innovations, and best practices, recommending new opportunities for testing and scaling. · Manage budgets, timelines, calendars, and performance reporting for all campaigns. Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, retail media, or customer marketing, ideally in a CPG or omnichannel brand environment. · Proven experience building and executing retail media strategies across platforms like Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, and other Retail Media Networks. · Strong understanding of digital and in-store consumer behavior, with the ability to bridge the two in cohesive programs. · Skilled in working with Sales, brokers, agencies, and retail partners to bring campaigns to life. · Analytical and strategic thinker who can also execute and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. · Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders. · Passion for sustainability, wellness, and purpose-driven marketing is a plus.
