Short term incentives, long-term incentives, paid holidays, 401(k) plan, vacation/sick time and medical/dental/vision insurance OVERVIEW Responsible for strategic direction and management of the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Operations teams. Implements and enhances the company’s capabilities related to computers, networks, telecommunications, data centers, cloud services, and the management of ITIL services that the company employs both internally and externally to conduct its business operations. Responsible for assuring the company is positioned to maintain the required availability of information technology to support the conduct of safe and continuous operations. Lead, manage and attract talent to grow the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Operations team to new levels of performance in a geographically distributed environment. Advocate for engineering excellence and contribute to systems architecture and high-level structure of the company’s systems. Own the architecture and strategy to bring production infrastructure into the next level. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead strategic and operational planning for Cloud, Infrastructure, and Operations to support safe, continuous business operations. Define and manage technical architecture for data centers, networking, cloud services, and enterprise telecom solutions. Ensure IT infrastructure compliance with regulatory and security requirements. Oversee SLA management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and performance/capacity planning. Manage third-party services, RFPs, contracts, and a multi-million-dollar budget with a focus on cost optimization. Direct day-to-day infrastructure operations, identifying and resolving policy and procedure gaps. Lead technical architecture and engineering initiatives, including virtual desktop infrastructure and emerging technologies. Monitor service availability, performance, reliability, capacity, and recoverability. Collaborate with business leaders to define infrastructure service levels and support enterprise portfolio management. Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing, geographically distributed teams. Establish performance goals, evaluate results, and provide coaching, training, and recognition. Promote culture, process improvements, and engineering excellence across the technology organization. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 8–10 years of IT leadership in enterprise-scale environments, including multi–data center and cloud operations. Proven project management skills managing multiple, concurrent initiatives. Experience managing departmental budgets and cost optimization. Strong knowledge of IT governance, ITIL, CoBIT, and compliance frameworks (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley). Expertise in Microsoft server systems, Citrix, VMware, storage/backup, scripting, and configuration management. Skilled in communicating technology concepts in clear business terms. Track record of building and leading high-performing teams with strong morale and loyalty. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels. Strong decision-making and prioritization skills in complex, fast-paced environments. In-depth knowledge of laws, policies, and procedures governing IT, telecommunications, and information security. High ethical standards, professional demeanor, and ability to handle ambiguity with discretion. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
