Job Description
Aerotek is seeking a dedicated Material Handler for a short-term, 6-week project. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!
Responsibilities
Move and stage inventory efficiently using a hand jack
Prepare materials for installation processes
Ensure all materials are ready and available for installers
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
Qualifications
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
Mechanically inclined with basic material handling skills
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Experience using a pallet jack is a plus
Strong attendance and reliability
Preferred Experience
Background in construction, carpentry, industrial repair, assembly, or mechanical work
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or quality assurance
Previous work on Amazon-related projects is a bonus
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
