Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst , you will design and deliver meaningful dashboards, reports, and visualizations that empower leadership to make smarter, faster decisions. This role will pull and analyze data from
Qlik, Reynolds & Reynolds, Affinitiv XRM, and existing “homegrown” Excel-based reports. You’ll work closely with executives, store directors, and department managers to uncover patterns, measure performance, and identify opportunities. This position blends hands-on technical skills with business insight — ideal for someone who loves working with data and collaborating with decision-makers. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in
Qlik
(cloud-based) and
Excel. Pull, integrate, and analyze data from
Reynolds & Reynolds, Affinitiv XRM, and Excel-based legacy reports . Partner with leadership to define KPIs, track progress, and answer key business questions. Perform light-to-moderate data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop clear visualizations and performance metrics for sales, service, and operational data. Present insights to executives in a clear, actionable way that tells the story behind the numbers. Standardize and document reporting processes across all rooftops. Collaborate with end users to understand needs, create report specifications, and design solutions. Maintain minimal errors by using proper query tuning, validation, and review practices. What You Bring 2–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or related role. Strong proficiency in
Excel
(pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts, and data tools). Experience building BI dashboards in Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting to executives and working across departments. Full-time, on-site availability in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills Experience with Qlik Sense (cloud). Basic SQL knowledge for query writing and data joining. Automotive or multi-location retail experience. BI or data analytics certifications (Qlik, Tableau, Microsoft, etc.). Behavioral Expectations Customer Service Mindset
