Job Description
Manage statutory reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records. Lead statutory audit processes across multiple countries. Supervise and mentor team of audit professionals, and provide guidance to the team on managing relationships with local tax agents. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies as required. Monitor changes in legislation, identify risks and implement necessary adjustments to processes. Provide guidance and training to colleagues on statutory compliance matters. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence to internal and external requirements. Prepare and submit timely reports to upper management and stakeholders. Support ad-hoc projects related to compliance and reporting. The Successful Applicant
A successful Statutory Compliance Lead should have: At least 5 years of experience in audit, and at least 4 years of commercial experience. Ability to manage a team. Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing compliance risks. Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in financial reporting. What's on Offer
