10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.

Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree.

Experience managing end-to-end partnerships.

Experience working in a changing and collaborative environment.

Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefits, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

About The Job Google's products and services are constantly expanding. The Partnerships Development team seeks new opportunities with Google's partners. Using your business acumen and product knowledge, you will interact with partners to help them grow using Google's offerings, especially in verticals like YouTube, Google TV, and Commerce.

The ChromeOS Enterprise Technology Partnerships team ensures enterprise software applications, services, and peripherals work seamlessly on ChromeOS. You will drive ChromeOS adoption in the enterprise sector by building partnerships, advocating for customer needs, and shaping the future of the platform.

The Global Partnerships organization explores new opportunities with Google’s partners, supporting Google’s product teams with strategic partnerships to enhance user experiences across various Google services. This role involves developing partnership strategies and executing them effectively.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary details depend on role, location, experience, and skills. The listed salary reflects base pay only; bonuses, equity, and benefits are additional.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and evolve relationships with partners and across the ecosystem, managing strategic partnerships of all sizes.

Develop cross-product strategic initiatives and go-to-market strategies aligned with Google’s broader goals.

Negotiate agreements, renewals, and expansions with partners, building consensus with stakeholders.

Manage existing partnerships to realize and optimize their value, fostering long-term relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams across geographies to launch, improve, and scale new features and experiences.
