DashMarts are our first-party service offering on-demand deliveries, featuring household essentials, groceries, brand-name and local favorites, among others. We have sites nationwide and are expanding our geographic footprint, services, and scaling existing sites.

We are hiring a Senior Associate for our DashMart Strategy & Operations team, focusing on Vendor Management. You will develop strategies for emerging sourcing models and manage vendor relationships. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to optimize product sourcing, ensure customer needs are met, and drive vendor performance. You will be responsible for setting goals and executing strategic vendor plans. This role reports to a Manager within the DashMart Strategy & Operations team. It offers a hybrid work model, allowing work from home or any DoorDash office. Key Responsibilities
Develop programmatic solutions to improve sourcing efficiencies and create scalable distribution playbooks. Analyze complex data and solve ambiguous problems independently in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with internal teams such as supply chain, sourcing development, and category management to enhance business operations and customer experience. Manage cost inputs to impact financial performance. Create programs to evolve vendor relationships and improve customer satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Profile
2-4+ years of relevant experience in fields like merchandising, vendor management, consulting, or e-commerce retail. Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and SQL, capable of data-driven decision-making. Ownership mindset with proactive strategy development and execution skills. Effective communicator and influencer across internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor’s Degree required. Application deadline: 6/3/25
