Position Summary This pivotal role is responsible to lead daily accounting operations, end-to-end financial planning and analysis, full P&L oversight and be part of Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The role emphasizes strategic cost and budget management across multiple departments, delivering actionable financial insights to guide key business decisions. You will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, while managing and developing a small team. Essential Functions: • Lead daily accounting operations, including the month-end close process, journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. • Own and manage the full P&L forecast, providing strategic financial guidance and delivering timely, data-driven insights into revenue, margin, and operating expense performance. • Oversee core finance functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and payroll. • Support the financial planning process by contributing to the development of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, planning cycles, and long-range financial strategies. • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide meaningful financial analysis and support that drives strategic initiatives and enhances business performance. • Prepare and analyze the Monthly Reporting Package, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), for executive leadership review. • Maintain and strengthen internal controls, and assist with audit readiness and documentation. • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize financial processes, reporting, and systems to support business scalability. Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus) • 4 to 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in high change, startup environments in Pharma, Medical Device, Healthcare Technology or Technology. • Advanced skills with QuickBooks and Excel including Intermediate financial modeling skills; solid experience with ERP and planning systems, Tableau or Power BI a significant plus. • 3+ years leading and mentoring a small finance team •

Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis methodologies required. • Proven ability to own the full P&L forecast and partner across all business functions. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring team. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: The work environmental characteristics and physical requirements described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Base Salary Range:

$130k to $145k, $150 monthly cell phone reimbursement and $450 monthly stipend Benefits:
