We’re looking for a People Operations Partner to join our People & Culture team and help drive a high-performance, values-driven workplace across our global offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Hamburg.

About This Role As our People Operations Partner, you’ll be the go-to for executing core HR programs that impact every stage of the employee experience. From full-cycle recruiting and offer preparation to benefits administration, performance management, and global recognition programs—you’ll ensure our people processes run smoothly, consistently, and with measurable impact. You’ll also lead quarterly Town Hall meetings and manage our suite of HR platforms, helping us stay connected and aligned across borders. What You’ll Do ·Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and preparing offer letters. ·Administer benefits and recognition programs, ensuring consistency and engagement across global offices. ·Support performance management cycles and coordinate training resources. ·Lead quarterly all-company Town Hall meetings, rotating host locations and managing logistics, tech, and speaker coordination. ·Manage HR platforms including ADP Workforce Now, Personio and other program-specific employee portals. ·Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports to track KPIs and program effectiveness. ·Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience. What You Bring ·5+ years of HR experience, including full-cycle recruiting and HR operations. ·Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws (especially CA and NY); familiarity with international HR practices is a plus. ·Experience managing HR platforms and coordinating cross-functional programs. ·Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. ·Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. ·HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) and German language skills are a bonus.
