Compensation Range: $65,000.00 Our Restaurant Managing Partners lead the way in Unbridled Hospitality for our Guests and care for our Team Members. The Managing Partner is committed to creating a family-friendly, fun atmosphere while serving the best gourmet burgers, bottomless steak fries, sides, and milkshakes. Holding high standards of being the most loved restaurant brand in the communities we serve, the Managing Partner has a key leadership role owning all FOH and BOH execution standards, while exceeding operational expectations and delivering exceptional results. To qualify for this role, a great candidate has: Must be 21 years of age 2 years of management experience Open availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays) Additional qualifications include reliable transportation, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop a passionate team, strong P&L knowledge, ability to obtain required certifications, and working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of local and state health codes Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hotschedules Experience managing a team Red Robin is an equal opportunity employer.
