Key Responsibilities : Sales and Marketing : Manage marketing efforts to attract new enrollments and maintain strong relationships with local schools for partnership opportunities. Enrollment and Retention : Direct the sales process to keep students enrolled, promote financing options, and manage the application process. Center Operations : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Staff Leadership : Select, develop, and monitor staff performance, conducting regular performance reviews. Qualifications : Strong background in sales with a proven ability to meet goals.
