In this role, you will lead marketing campaigns for Caffeine.ai, the Self-Writing Internet (SWI) platform that enables anyone to build websites and apps without technical knowledge. With a user-centric marketing strategy, mastery of segmented communications, and creative flair for visuals and messaging, you'll help launch Caffeine, boosting awareness, share of voice, reach, and engagement through cross-department collaboration. You will work across multiple projects, championing a user-first and data-driven mindset. Your strategies will target B2C, developers, AI enthusiasts, and enterprise audiences globally.
You will report to the Head of Marketing Strategy & Performance and collaborate with the Product, Branding & Design, Institutional Affairs, Adoption, R&D, Business Strategy, and Growth teams to define marketing and go-to-market strategies and implement performance marketing techniques.
This position is based in San Francisco, with occasional travel to Zurich HQ and global events.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns for Caffeine, ensuring brand consistency across channels.
Manage Caffeine campaigns to ensure high-quality, high-performing initiatives supporting ecosystem growth.
Collaborate on refining Caffeine messaging, thought leadership, and content based on data insights.
Create performance marketing programs, including SEO, SEA, and Paid Social.
Manage external agencies for optimal delivery.
Lead special marketing projects.
Provide reports and insights to the marketing team and leadership.
Skills and Attributes:
5+ years leading marketing campaigns for relevant brands.
3+ years marketing experience with web products, preferably consumer-facing.
Experience managing creative agencies and external suppliers.
Data-driven marketing expertise.
Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
Proactive, diligent, and hands-on.
Interest in AI and Blockchain; professional experience a plus.
Process-oriented, detail-focused, pragmatic.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
*Note: In-office work required at San Francisco office 3+ days/week.
Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $160,000/year
Compensation includes base salary plus bonuses, determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise.
