Summary: Jefferies is seeking a highly capable and driven Vice President or Senior Associate to join its Consumer & Retail Investment Banking team, with a dedicated focus on the Health & Wellness sector. This role will support a Managing Director and the Head of Jefferies Health & Wellness Practice who has over 15 years of experience in advising across the consumer health landscape with particular leadership and global reputation in the Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (‘VMS’) segment. driven by long-term demographic trends and scientific advancements. Jefferies Practice has served as the advisor on the most transformational and highest valuation deals in the sector with top-tier strategic and financial buyers including Unilever, Nestle, Reckitt, Otsuka, Glanbia, Jamieson, Fullscript, KKR, Ares, TSG Consumer, Cinven and New Mountain Capital. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of consumer health, wellness, and high-growth nutrition brands, supporting M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory mandates in the VMS sector. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal deal teams and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution. Develop and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, client presentations and marketing materials. Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support business development and transaction execution. Mentor and manage junior team members (analysts and associates), providing guidance on deliverables and professional development. Collaborate closely with the MD to drive origination efforts, including pitch development and client relationship management. Stay current on trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in the VMS and broader consumer health space. Assist in the organization and hosting of Jefferies annual Global Consumer Health conference in London. Qualifications 4–8 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with exposure to consumer, healthcare, or wellness sectors. Strong execution experience in M&A and capital markets transactions. Ability to lead in the creation high quality material for pitches and marketing material (teasers, CIMs, management presentations) Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring. Given leadership position in digitally-native brands, preference for experience in KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and cohort analysis. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead deal teams. Passion for the consumer Health and Wellness industry, particularly the VMS category. Strong values around teamwork, collaboration and positivity. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
