Growth Marketing Manager Location:
Cambridge, MA| 5 days in Office!!! Summary: We’re a fast-growing startup seeking ahands-on Growth Marketer to drive D2C growth using creative campaigns, data insights, and UGC-driven content strategies. You’ll own acquisition, retention, and revenue growth from concept to execution.
Must be comfortable with the commute to Cambridge, MA. 5 Days in Office!! You Will: Develop and run D2C growth marketing strategies across paid, organic, and emerging channels. Recruit and manage UGC creators to power paid and organic campaigns. Analyze performance, optimize CAC/LTV, and scale what works. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to improve funnels and onboarding. You Bring: Proven startup experience in growth or performance marketing. Track record of scaling D2C customer acquisition. Strong analytical skills with a creative, test-and-learn mindset. Expertise with ad platforms, automation tools, and UGC campaigns. Seniority level
