The pay for this position starts at $54,000 annually, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $61,560. This position is located in Fitchburg, MA. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts

serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Devon House program servesyouth with intellectual developmental disorders and/or autism spectrum disorders. With a 1-to-2 staff to student ratio, we offer specialized care with an emphasis on teaching daily living and coping skills. The Program Director oversees the day-to-day operations of a group home, including program planning, supervision of residential staff, budget management, integration of community-based experiences for youth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services. Job Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a valid drivers license. Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field

required. Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience

required. Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland.
