Flex
Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2025 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. to reduce losses while minimizing false positives and user friction. Expand our payment method coverage , ensuring all channels (cards, bank transfers, wallets) are supported with the right controls, guardrails, and visibility. Partner with Risk, Finance, Ops, and Engineering
to align on business goals and build resilient, compliant, and scalable payment solutions. Lead and grow a high-performing product team , coaching PMs while maintaining a strong bar for ownership and quality. Define success metrics
and build dashboards, tooling, and processes to measure performance across cost, reliability, speed, and loss rates. Champion clear thinking, technical depth, and rigorous prioritization
in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. 7+ years of product experience, with at least 3+ years in payments, fraud, or platform product roles at a fintech, bank, or B2B2C fintech products.
