Coordinate the documentation of production parts (new/changed) in logistic systems and ensuring that those parts are available to secure production. Monitor LSP (Logistic Service Provider) in system warehouse setup, hot part analysis, and deviations to the processResponsibilities:Check documentation from development/documentation department for completeness and ensure that missing components (drawings, bill of material, etc.) are being provided in a timely fashionMonitor, input, and track KPIs for shop floor management system (SFM)Develops processes, procedures and support training to ensure inventory and ERP program are consistentHandle complex issues which caused interruption in production or over deliveries by performing root cause analysis when applicable, including the analyze/control of the inventory levelIdentifying release data for production parts with complex associations incl. the documentation of point of use, unloading point, usage, material planer index, etcParticipates in regularly scheduled team meetingsProvides feedback to management on accuracy levels, procedure problems, and recommends corrective actionsSupport the implementation of logistical systems pertaining to material and information flow in the warehouse, in the supermarket and in the line under consideration of the overall concept identify opportunities for optimizationTo maintain a high degree of integrity and fairness in transactions with suppliers / logistics service providerWill perform other duties as assigned Qualifikationen Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Logistics or in a related Engineering field required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience•A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of automotive operations or Logistics; preferably Material Handling, Shop floor Management, Production supplyKnowledge & Skills•Specific areas of interest are logistics, order management, shop floor management and supplier management•Knowledge of the product and parts. Ability to work during scheduled work hours, as well as overtime, including weekends•Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of management•Highly motivated self-starter; Team oriented; outstanding planning and proactive skillsWe are all in for change.
