This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking for hands-on experience in a dynamic surgical setting with a supportive team.Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures Assist in the setup of surgical instruments and equipment Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure surgical field sterility Pass instruments and supplies to the surgical team during procedures Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after surgery Transport patients to and from the operating room Maintain accurate records and adhere to hospital protocolsSchedule: Day and Night shifts available 3x12s or 4x10s - flexible based on facility needsRequirements: Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred but not always required depending on state/facility BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a hospital operating room setting Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile techniques Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure surgical environmentsWhy Travel with Connected Health Care?
