We are a physician-driven, patient-focused, and provide ample opportunities for growth as you develop in your career.Opportunity OverviewLocation: Artesia, New Mexico15 to 20 patients per dayFlexible schedule Monday through Friday, 1 day a weekDay call on coverage days onlyPost-acute care inpatient settingResponsibilitiesDrive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communitiesCollaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelinesWork closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitionsEnsure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelinesDevelop and implement individualized care plansEnsure residents receive high quality medical care and oversightQualificationsBoard certified internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM)Active New Mexico licenseActive DEACompensationCompensation is fee for service (FFS).
