CGI is seeking to hire an ePMO Program / Project Manager to work with Executive / Business sponsors to successfully implement new capabilities and business, IT, and operational processes by delivering enterprise-wide projects and project management services. This individual will utilize effective project management principles and methodologies for managing individual projects or a portfolio through planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery. The ePMO PM will liaise with stakeholders across business and technology domains to ensure project success and build strong partnerships across departments. This is a Full-Time employment opportunity based in the US, with preferred locations in Boston, MA; Lafayette, LA; and Knoxville, TN, in a Hybrid Model. Your future duties and responsibilities: Manage all phases of the project management lifecycle, including budgeting, financial management, and vendor management, ensuring successful project execution through quality delivery. Implement tools and methodologies used by delivery teams to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources for Agile and Waterfall projects, utilizing change management processes. Organize teams across business and technology, facilitate communication, and develop relationships at all organizational levels. Identify, evaluate, and escalate risks/issues, proposing mitigations and strategies. Coach and mentor project team members, proactively managing conflicts in a matrix environment. Influence stakeholders and provide thought leadership to drive organizational initiatives to completion. Manage challenging dynamics effectively, leveraging strong communication skills. Facilitate planning and review sessions to align teams with project scope and mobilize for outcomes. Required qualifications: 10-15 years of project management experience. Experience in Healthcare Payor business and/or health insurance operations. Minimum 2 years' experience in process management. Proven risk management skills throughout project lifecycle. Experience with CQI, TQM, PDCA, PMBOK, or similar methodologies. Track record of meeting deadlines with successful outcomes. Experience presenting to leadership (VP, SVP, CXO). Desired skills: Experience with AOC and TCOC is preferred. Education:

Bachelor's Degree required. Other Information: CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range, which is approximately $96,000 - $[amount not specified]. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and other factors.
