Corporate Associate Attorney - Crypto / Blockchain
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years with a Large Firm. Salary Range:
$260,000 - $390,000, based on year classification. Firm Overview:
One of the Nation's Top Law Firms, seeking top-tier lateral candidates currently practicing in the same practice group at a large firm. School transcripts will be required for consideration. Qualifications:
JD from a top-tier national law school; understanding of blockchain technology and markets; 3-6 years of transactional experience advising crypto and web3 companies on: Venture capital financings including crypto token rights or token warrants Crypto token, digital asset, and NFT issuances Primary and secondary sales of crypto tokens and digital assets Creation of offshore structures related to crypto token and digital asset issuances Familiarity with securities law and regulatory issues around crypto tokens is a plus. Clientele & Practice Focus:
Clients range from seed-stage startups to large public companies across industries like fintech, AI, digital media, gaming, big data, cleantech, and more. Location:
Preferred in SF; also considering LA, NY, & DC. Additional Benefits:
