Hinge Health . About The Role This fast-paced, internal operational role is essential to driving efficiency for the Client Success Team. You will provide administrative and operational support to Client Success Leads, ensuring they can meet client deliverables to drive retention and satisfaction. Strong project management and organizational skills are key, as you will support multiple Client Success Leads at once. This cross-functional role will partner with Growth, Sales, Data, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Clinical to provide excellent support to our client-facing Leads. A strong customer-centric mindset, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills, is essential to fostering strong relationships with the Client Success team and cross-functional departments. What You'll Accomplish Operational Execution: Manage and execute a variety of projects, supporting multiple Client Leads to ensure efficient and error-free work. Relationship Building: Build strong, trusting relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes for clients. Event Organization: Support planning, scheduling, and follow-up for client events, collaborating with marketing on materials. First-Contact Resolution: Resolve client issues or inquiries efficiently, minimizing the need for CS Lead intervention. Data Management & Analysis: Enter and maintain accurate client data, generate reports, and segment data based on criteria. Hinge Health Hybrid Model Employees are required to be in the office 3 days per week. The San Francisco office is dog-friendly. Basic Qualifications Attention to detail and accuracy Support and execute multiple workstreams Proactive and energetic attitude Collaborative mindset Timely decision-making skills Willingness to learn and adapt Ability to plan and prioritize Resourcefulness Effective communication skills Understanding of systems and process improvements Integrity and trustworthiness Self-motivated with minimal oversight Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-growth environments Familiarity with digital health and startup culture Compensation The annual salary range is $72,000 - $108,000, plus equity and benefits, based on qualifications and location.
