Identify new installation cases in ServiceMax, check PR_Install_Cases_Queue or available case numbers in bop ship install. Cases are generated when equipment is shipped; follow up on delivery of BOP Ship Install equipment. Add Scope of Work (SOW) to the case description. The SOW and installation dates are received from salespeople or project managers. Encode cases with start date, completion date, and status comments. Create Work Orders (WO) for coordination, assign to the coordinator, and allocate tasks: installation (assign to contractor), calibration or integration (assign to Graciano). Assign subcontractor costs in subcontractor details. Schedule work orders for subcontractors and technicians (the day after installation completion by subcontractor). Send proposal requests to subcontractors via email, including plans and details to complete installation. Do not send pricing. Confirm details via call if needed. Receive bids and acceptance from subcontractors. Installation is performed by subcontractors, who must send photos and sign-off upon WO completion. After installation and calibration or integration are completed, confirm photos and close technician WO. Close subcontractor WO with a work description, estimated hours, and notes on labor and travel (no charge). Attach closing documents to the case: photos, sign-offs, emails from subcontractors, and project details from sales or project managers. Close the installation WO with a work description and notes on hours and charges. Close the case and, if platform issues are absent, the sales order will be billed in the following days. Generate monthly metrics reports from ServiceMax data. Prepare weekly backlog reports, update billing statuses, and adjust installation dates based on shipping updates. Monitor order statuses, create follow-up tickets, and ensure correct invoicing processes. Report Zara Project Phoenix inventory weekly. Conduct inventory checks and report available parts, requesting replacements as needed. Handle customer calls and emails, addressing complaints and needs. Support sales with site surveys and labor estimates for installations. Requirements
Graduated in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering, or technical career in these fields. Experience in fieldwork, security electronics installations (CCTV, RFID, antennas, fire systems), and automation. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Proficient in AutoCAD.
